How Long Does It Take My Order to Ship?
All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Once processed you will get a shipping notification from us and from there you can track your shipment with carriers used based on your location.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your tracking number is updated for the first time, you will be able to see the carrier's estimated delivery date for your order. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be delivered by UPS or Priority USPS, and orders with standard shipping will be shipped via DHL and delivered by the USPS.
This date is just an estimation, and may change during transit. Please keep in mind that our shipping method timelines are in business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that we see delays with the carriers regularly throughout the holiday season. If your tracking is still updating, your order is still on its way! If you paid for expedited shipping and your order is delayed, please reach out to support and we are happy to refund any incurred shipping costs.
