We’re not a dropshipper reselling the same catalogue as everyone else. Sterling Buttons has been a button manufacturer and importer since 1939, and our stock is genuine vintage and modern inventory — much of it deadstock you can’t source anywhere else. For a label or costume shop that needs a distinctive button no one else is using, that’s the whole point.
Because much of the archive is finite vintage stock, we’ll always confirm exactly how many of a style are on hand before you commit, so there are no surprises on a production run.

What's the minimum for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing applies on 10+ of the same style. There's no minimum to order in general — the discount simply scales with quantity.
Who do you supply?
Clothing labels and designers, costume and theatre wardrobe shops, uniform and school programs, crafters, and resellers. Trade and individuals are equally welcome.
Can you match a discontinued or hard-to-find button?
Often, yes. Between the 1,600+ listed styles and thousands more unlisted in the archive, we can usually find a match. Email a photo and size to sterlingbutton@bellnet.ca.
